We. After a brief discussion with us, we jointly define the rough design, colors, structures, logo, personalization, and much more. We then create the first mock-ups for approval. After approval, the selected items will then be finalized by us.

Yes and no. We advise you, design your articles, and list them in the webshop free of charge.

Depending on the number of articles & collections, we charge a flat fee of up to €1,000. This flat fee will, however, be credited back to you 1:1 with subsequent orders.

AND: We will, of course, create an item from our collection for you at any time free of charge and without further obligation! You want to see what's possible and what your own collection could look like :-)

We. After your collection has been finalized and approved by you, we will create the necessary mock-ups and model images free of charge.

Yes! We produce every item individually – whether fully designed and hand-sewn, printed, or embroidered, starting from just 1 piece!

For all our items, regardless of whether they are fully customized, printed, or embroidered, we have NO minimum order quantity!

Yes and no. The question is not easy to answer. Since we don't mass-produce and every item is individually made, we generally don't give discounts! However, we also don't have a minimum order quantity! But if you order a larger quantity of a certain item, we are open to a discussion :-) However, personalization would then be difficult!

Upon request, in addition to the individual design, we can also add names, initials, or whatever else is desired to any item. It can either be dyed directly into the fabric, printed, or embroidered. The possibilities are almost limitless!

Yes. We will set up a shop-in-shop for you free of charge. This can be open to all visitors to our website or password-protected. This means your products/items are not visible anywhere. Not even on Google!

If you plan to resell your items to end customers, we would also be happy to set up a "closed" shop just for you and another "open" shop for your customers.

You! If you have an open shop, the proceeds - minus our costs - will be credited to your account!

We produce at various locations in Europe and do not have a central warehouse. We also do not want to include a flat rate in our sales prices - as others do. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed individually at checkout.

BUT - shipping is free for orders over €250!
